Raven Keyes is a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Hypnotherapist and Master Meditation Teacher. She was part of the original Complementary Alternative Medicine program at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital led by Dr. Mehmet Oz. Together with her business partner, Reiki Master John Keane, she has lectured to staff of the Rogison Institute at Cornell Hospital.
John and Raven have brought Reiki to professional athletes in the NFL & NBA. Featured on TV and in national magazines such as “Vogue” and “W”. Raven was named “Best Reiki Master in New York” by New York Magazine. She was proclaimed “New Yorker of the Week” by news channel “NY-1” for providing volunteer Reiki services for 8 ½ months after 9/11, an honour she received through the nomination of the Chief of Police of the Port Authority Police Department.
Raven’s Integrative Medicine partner, John Keane is a Reiki Master who has worked in medicine and in the sports world as well. In the medical world, John has administered Reiki to patients of Dr. Sheldon Marc Feldman, including during surgery. He has also lectured to the medical staff at the Rogosin Institute of NewYork Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Medical College of Cornell University.
His success in administering ProReiki™ to Charles Way, Director of Player Development for the New York Giants, led to being invited to bring Reiki to other NFL players, and subsequently to members of the NBA.
